Yoga Intensive
Preparation
(for serious yogis)
minimum of 3 years of regular yoga practice (2 classes a week)
vegetarian diet for 3 weeks before your arrival
reduce or eliminate alcohol and caffeine 3 weeks before your arrival
able to limit your need to your smartphone during the program
Schedule
Arrival: Day 1 at 16h-19h, departure: Day 5 at 12h30, free carshare available
DAILY SCHEDULE:
We begin each day at 6:00h, practices include:
Pranayama, chanting, meditation, yoga philosophy, asana classes, Karma yoga, silent hike, Ayurvedic massage.
We finish around 21h30 each evening.
FOOD:
Semi-fasting schedule, herbal tea and fruits in the morning, Ayurvedic lunch, light soup for dinner. Vegan and gluten-free options available. Ayurvedic fasting (Kitchari) on the 3rd day.
MAUNA (observance of silence): We will periodically practice silence.
